The ILC Foundation, Inc. (EIN: 39-4573928) has applied for recognition as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Our 501(c)(3) status is currently pending and is subject to the IRS’ discretion.

At this time, contributions are not yet tax-deductible. If our application is approved, tax-exempt status may be recognized retroactively to the date of filing. If denied, donors may need to file an amended tax return to claim deductions for contributions made during the pending period.
